I host this site for free on Web 1.0 Hosting after a few years hosting it for free at Netlify. In addition to serving the files you see when you View Source, I wanted the site to earn a perfect score in the Mozilla Observatory, which meant creating a Netlify _headers file (which I'm in the process of figuring out how to adapt to Web 1.0 Hosting):
